I suppose this is a weekend wrap up thing but I don’t really do those types of posts so let’s just misfit it.
My cousin Gabby and I like food. Correction. We LOVE food. We are not those people that are all “I eat to live, I don’t live to eat” and we are all “what kind of life are you living?” And we always make plans to go eat at certain places. … and then
Anyway, this month we got up and did some stuff. Cause it’s fall and the weather is in the low 90′s and pleasant. Yay Texas.
It’s been pretty funny on the rides home from daycare. I swear for a week she told me about the day her bff smushed a bug they saw while playing outside. Last Friday we went to a Halloween party at the Children’s Museum and she has been talking about it ever since. … and then
Dr. Seuss was on some good drugs.
I don’t really need an internet article to prove to me that this statement is true. I’m two weeks into reading a Dr. Seuss book to Addy in bed every night and it is a fact that he was on good drugs.
The amount of drugs this man must have been on would probably make a rapper or Shakespeare dizzy.… and then
It rained Friday. Hard. It rained all Friday night. Normally this would not be a problem except I planned for us to go to the Pumpkin Patch Saturday morning. Fortunately the rain made it feel like fall and the temps were a nice 65 degrees or so.
My birthday was Wednesday. And Addy woke up and she and Brownlee handed me cards. She took one look at it and recognized her handwriting and took the card back from me to draw on it some more.
Before they left for daycare Brownlee told her to tell me happy birthday and she outright refused. To where it got awkward. She just would not do it. … and then
Yesterday I wrote about how being 31 is blah and there are no songs about it. I happily retract that statement because this is what happens when you know talented people with YouTube accounts.
I present to you Senorita Awesome’s Song About Being 31. Feel free to play it for your friends because this is my shit.
